Shchi (cabbage soup with meat and mushrooms)
This iconic soup has over 1000 years of history since the cabbage was introduced to Russia. You will cook a very special and original version (and we believe the most delicious) of home-made Shchi.
Pelmeni (stuffed boiled dumplings)
The King of Russian cuisine that rapidly spread in the whole country once invented in the Urals and Siberia region. The cooking of pelmeni involved the whole family in the process. So apart of being a delicious dish, it has also an important socializing aspect.
